Accepted Methods of Payment

You can pay for your purchase with:
• Credit/Debit card
• PayPal

Your order is processed and confirmed only after the payment is completed and verified by us.

Security

We ensure that your payment is processed in a secure environment. All financial information submitted to us or acquired by us to complete your transaction is kept tightly confidential and protected in accordance with international procedures and standards for safeguarding such data. Your personal information is received and processed by our order processing staff who are required, each year, to sign and confirm their compliance with the company Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The order-taking staff is supervised and monitored by a senior staff who is charged with securing and protecting your personal information from any unauthorized use by anyone at LVIVA™ or at its affiliated companies.

Once your transaction is completed, we do not keep or store your credit card or other financial data; the information is immediately passed on to our banks for processing the payment.

Please note that in order to authenticate you as the payer, we may request that you provide us with identification information and documents, including copies of your credit card. We cannot confirm your order until your payment has been verified.

Notification of Successful Payment

Once your payment is verified by your financial institution, or, in the case of cash, received by us or our bank, we send an email notification. If your payment failed, we notify you that your payment was unsuccessful.

Orders with pending verification of payment longer than two days are automatically cancelled.

Order and Verification

Once your order is successfully placed on our e-commerce website, our system will verify that you have correctly provided payment, shipping and contact information. Once the information is verified, you will receive electronic communication, as email or SMS, that your order has been accepted. At this “Checkout” stage of your transaction, you will also receive notification of approximate delivery time.

Shipping Notification

The day of the actual shipping of your order, you will receive another electronic notification that your purchase is on its way to its destination.

Changing Shipping Information after a Transaction

After an order is successfully transacted and you decide to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to make the necessary changes.

Receiving your Purchase

Your purchase is either mailed or hand-delivered to your stated address. On a delivery requiring your acknowledgement of the receipt of the purchase, if you are not present at the destination at the time of delivery, we consider a signature of any adult at the destination as acknowledgement that the purchase was received by you.

In the event there is no one at the destination at the time of delivery, we will leave a delivery notice for you with instructions to follow.

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule delivery at a requested time or date.

Product Information

Please note that we market and ship products to many countries, and in order to minimize the use of paper-based packaging material, the information on the product package may be in both English and another language.

We Accept Returns and Exchange under Following Conditions:

We must be notified via email and by electronic or faxed Merchandise Return Form within 7 days of confirmed delivery at your address that you intend to return or exchange it. If the purchase is being returned for damage or defect, please describe the condition clearly on the Merchandise Return Form, and submit photos of the damage or defect. Please repack the purchase in the original box and seal it, and follow the instructions for sending it back to us.

If you want to return a purchase because it (a) was damaged or defective or (b) it was wrong items shipped to you, we will promptly exchange or refund your money, including the shipping charges, if any, in accordance with your instructions on the Merchandise Return Form.

If your purchase is returned to us for reasons other than (a) and (b) above, we will happily exchange for another product(s) or offer you credit toward your next purchase, provided the items are returned without opening or any alteration to the packaging. Please note that shipping charges in these kinds of returns are non-refundable; items that qualified for free shipping and are being returned will be subject to our standard shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items you want to exchange or obtain a credit toward a future purchase.

With every return, please submit your purchase invoice (in your delivered box), payment details of the purchase, and the reasons for returning (on the Merchandise Return Form). After receiving the required information, along with your returned purchase, we will officially notify you whether the reasons for return are valid. Within two days of notifying you that the reasons for your return are valid, we will initiate the refund/replacement/credit process on your returned purchase.
